Inc. filed to the Official Receiver of the District of Quebec a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal to its creditors pursuant to subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA). Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche Inc. has consented to act as Trustee to the Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal. On April 13, an extension to file a proposal to his creditors was granted to the Insolvent person until May 28, 2012.
