8th and 8th Limited Partnership and TRL Real Estate Syndicate (04) Ltd.
On July 9, 2009, Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, Judicial District of Calgary (the "Court") as Receiver and Manager (the "Receiver") of the assets and property of TRL Real Estate Syndicate (04) Ltd. and 8th and 8th Limited Partnership (collectively "8th and 8th"). A copy of the Receivership Order is found below.
8th and 8th are the developers of the 8 West project, an office and retail complex under construction in Calgary, Alberta.
