On February 8, 2013, Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed Receiver pursuant to an Order by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in respect of the assets, undertakings and properties of MDL Doors Inc. (the “Company”).
A copy of the Notice and Statement of Receiver is posted below and other pertinent information will be posted below as they become available.
Creditors of the Company will not be asked to file a proof of claim unless there are funds available for distribution to unsecured creditors.

Deloitte & Touche Inc. ("Deloitte") in its capacity as Court-appointed receiver (the "Receiver") of MDL Doors Inc. ("MDL") invites written proposals for the purchase of the Receiver's right, title and interest, if any, in the business operations, undertaking and assets of MDL. All sales will be completed on an "as is, where is" basis. Further information will be sent upon receiving a signed non-disclosure agreement, attached below. All proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM (EDT) on April 25, 2013. All proposals must be accompanied by a refundable deposit of 10% of the purchase price offered and conform with the terms and conditions set out in the confidential information memorandum ("CIM").
