On June 12, 2012, a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal was filed by manroland Canada Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada). Deloitte & Touche Inc. was named as Proposal Trustee.
On August 27, 2012, the Company’s Proposal was filed with the Official Receiver.
On September 14, 2012, the Company’s Amended Proposal was filed with the Official Receiver.
On September 27, 2012, the Company’s Amended Proposal was accepted by the requisite majorities at the reconvened general meeting of creditors.
On October 17, 2012, the Company’s Amended Proposal was approved by the Court.
Please note that manroland Canada Inc. is not a bankrupt and this Proposal proceeding does not include its affiliates or its parent company.
