Deloitte & Touche Inc. (“Deloitte”) was appointed as Receiver of Calgary Millwork Ltd. (“CML”) pursuant to the Appointment Letter dated February 29, 2012. The receivership was a private appointment by HSBC Bank Canada, who holds security over all of CML’s assets. On March 1, 2012 CML filed a voluntary assignment into bankruptcy, and Deloitte was appointed Trustee of the Estate.
