Ajax, July 26, 2011 – On July 26, 2011, Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed receiver and manager in respect of the undertaking and assets of Bayly Communications Inc. (“Bayly” or the “Company”).
A copy of the Notice and Statement of Receiver is posted below and other pertinent information will be posted below as they become available.
Creditors of the Company will not be asked to file a proof of claim unless there are funds available for distribution to unsecured creditors.
