Beverley Pao

Bev Pao is the National Audit Private Offering Leader, based in Vancouver. She is a lead client service partner on large high growth companies with Global presence. Bev has worked for several key member firms of the Deloitte Global network in London, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Bev has extensive advisory experience and works closely with her clients to understand their business and goals for what they want, need and what resonates with them to achieve success. Thanks to her experiences working with companies in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and London, Bev brings a global mindset to her work and the high performing and diverse teams she leads. She is frequently asked to speak at international events and works extensively with international clients, particularly from China.

Bev curates highly effective teams and Deloitte’s broad range of services to provide holistic and quality solutions that drive growth and innovation. She is also committed to working with and mentoring young professionals. She guides them as they explore their interests, and then helps them harness that excitement as they turn their ideas into actions that positively impact the community.

Bev serves on the Board of Directors for Deloitte and the Vancouver Chinatown Foundation, a not-for profit organization.
