Bryan is a partner in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory practice. With over 25 years’ experience, Bryan specializes in corporate restructuring, recovery and insolvency. He is a licensed trustee in bankruptcy and provides businesses with leadership, effective strategies and resolutions in corporate restructuring, business investigations, receivership assignments, proposals, bankruptcy matters and liquidations. Bryan has successfully helped a broad range of companies and clients with restructuring issues. He has mediated shareholder, partnership and joint venture disputes, and has provided strategic advice to the business and financial community, including banks, mortgage companies, insurance companies and law firms.
