Jervis is the Financial Advisory leader for British Columbia specializing in the restructuring and turnarounds of financially troubled companies through formal and informal restructuring processes. As a Certified Fraud Examiner with extensive forensic accounting and investigative experience, Jervis testifies as an expert witness on matters related to forensic accounting, bankruptcy and commercial disputes. With over two decades of experience, Jervis has worked with companies in the agriculture, technology, real estate, manufacturing, retail, gaming, forestry and hospitality industries. He is a court-appointed monitor on a number of cross-border engagements involving Canada, the United States, Hong Kong and China. He advises an international clientele through U.S. and Asia Pacific restructuring processes including Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 15.
