Jeff is a Financial advisory partner and leader of Deloitte’s restructuring services practices in Calgary. He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator, Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Practitioner and Licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy. Jeff specializes in the restructuring and turnaround of financially troubled companies through formal and informal restructuring avenues and performance improvement initiatives. He has completed numerous bankruptcies, proposals, receiverships, business reviews and turnarounds for companies in the oil and gas, aerospace, manufacturing, real estate, entertainment, agriculture, heavy equipment, construction, transportation and forestry sectors. Jeff also gets involved in the monitoring of financial, strategic and operational results of various companies on behalf of secured creditors and other interested parties. Jeff has also performed investigative and forensic accounting services in connection with fraud investigations, tracing of funds, corporate investigations, securities investigation and misappropriation of assets. |
