Iseo Pasquali, CA, FCBV Iseo specializes in business and intangible asset valuation with respect to mergers & acquisitions, fairness opinions, tax planning, purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment studies for Canadian and global public and private companies. Prior to his current role, Iseo was the GTA Financial advisory leader and Americas Financial advisory valuation leader. Iseo has given expert testimony on the subject of business valuation and damage quantification. He is a Fellow and Past Chair of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. In 2006, Iseo was awarded the ICAO’s Award of Distinction for Chartered Accountants under the age of 40.
