In addition to his role leading Deloitte’s Valuation services group in Southwestern Ontario, Mark is an active director of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators, participating on its varied committees and involved in their public affairs.

Mark has over 25 years of business valuation, litigation and transaction advisory experience serving a wide variety of private and public companies, in a range of local and global industries. His diverse experience includes preparing reports for court and mediation, related party transactions for corporate restructuring or under securities or business corporation acts, acquisitions and divestitures, and intangible asset valuations.
