Cary Mamer, CA, CBV Cary currently leads Deloitte’s Capital projects group, and was formerly the national leader of the Business insurance claims consulting practice. He has over 17 years of experience directing and managing large damage quantification, loss of income, insurance and construction claims. Cary has assisted clients in several industries, including: nuclear, utilities, oil & gas, agriculture, chemical processing, forestry and manufacturing. He has extensive experience in determination of costs and schedule impacts related to business interruption, physical damage, extra expense and inventory insurance claims, as well as the quantification of damages and lost profits for litigation. Cary has lectured extensively in Canada and the U.S. on the topic of insurance and construction claims and has penned several published articles on the topic. Cary has given expert witness testimony in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, the Royal Court in the Island of Jersey, UK and at an international arbitration in London, UK. |
