Karen Pastakia Karen Pastakia leads our Talent strategies service offering across Canada. She works with organizations that have undertaken a strategic change and ensures the organization’s talent agenda is aligned with the overall business strategy. Karen develops strategies to support enterprise talent management, and strategies in the areas of organization design, employee value proposition, leadership development, mobility, multigenerational workforce management and succession planning. Karen frequently speaks at conferences and association events on talent management, the multi-generational workforce and leadership. She has also published several articles on talent related issues. Karen is an experienced HR Business Partner who prior to joining Human capital acquired five years of corporate HR experience in London, UK, and two years of strategic HR experience within the Canadian financial services sector.
