Richard Lee Richard Lee is a partner in Deloitte’s Human capital consulting practice and the leader of the Talent strategy service line for Canada. He is also the National Leader of Deloitte’s Technology, media & telecommunications industry practice in Canada. Richard started his consulting career with Deloitte in London, England 25 years ago. He moved to Toronto in 1993 after two years with Deloitte in Sydney, Australia. Richard specializes in working with senior management teams on the development and implementation of practical, growth-oriented, customer-facing business strategies. His work covers a wide range of strategic, operational and human capital issues including customer and competitive strategy, customer segmentation, marketing operations, process improvement, operational performance reporting, data warehouse and business intelligence requirements, transformational change and talent strategies. He has a wide industry experience that includes nearly 20 years consulting to the telecommunications industry and has also worked with media, high tech manufacturing and public sector clients. He is frequently called on by the media to comment on trends in customer strategy.
