Jeff Moir Jeff Moir is a Partner in Deloitte Canada’s Human capital practice. He has broad experience in Financial services in both business strategy and human resources with a strong focus on operating-model design and implementation. Jeff has over 20 years of experience managing large scale change projects and creating and executing people strategies. He has assumed major project leadership roles and has handled significant corporate restructuring initiatives, implemented enterprise and functional-level talent strategies, business start-ups, organization cost reviews and merger integrations.
