Amir Rahnema Amir is a leader in the Organization design practice at Deloitte with leadership roles at the local GTA level and nationally. He focuses on operating-model design, corporate restructuring and change management for large-scale business transformations typically associated with mergers and acquisitions, shifts in business strategy and new technology/process introductions. His work has spanned numerous industries, including significant reorganizations across many of Canada’s major financial institutions as well as regulators, public-sector ministries and agencies. He has helped lead efforts to improve cross-border integration for global firms operating in the Americas and has contributed to integration efforts on numerous multi-billion dollar global M&As. Most recently Amir led and co-authored the CanadaWorks 2025 initiative based on interviews with notable Canadian CEOs, academics, economists and Ministers focusing on scenarios and strategies for optimizing the future Canadian workplace.
