Philip Hofton Philip is a senior manager in Montreal’s Human capital practice. He also co-leads the Organization design community-of-practice for Canada. In his 10 years with Deloitte, Philip has worked closely with client leadership teams on organization design projects, post-merger integrations and strategic talent initiatives. Philip has also led change management programs for large-scale systems implementations.
