Ian Tait Ian is the national Public Sector leader for Consulting at Deloitte Canada and a member of the Canadian Consulting executive team. He is a senior-level management consultant with over 25 years of experience in consulting and assisting large, public sector organizations with technology transformation initiatives. Ian has driven numerous engagements using Deloitte’s IT strategy methodology. He has led critical transformation initiatives where organizational assessments were undertaken to identify key gaps and improvement opportunities. In addition, he developed technology strategic roadmaps for organizations to prioritize growth initiatives. |
Based on Ian’s 30+ years in the IT industry, he has gained a deep understanding of how technology changes have had an impact on IT organizations, how technology is managed inside organizations and how to deal with deployment issues.
Ian is also the lead partner and executive sponsor of the Canadian alliance program and has been involved in developing Deloitte’s alliance program and relationships for over 10 years. He supports the program to explore potential business relationships that allow Deloitte to leverage “best of breed” solutions to deliver new services offerings that help our clients maximize the business value from their technology investments.
