Tools and methodologies

Technology is not of value unless it is focused on your needs and designed to deliver maximum return on investment. Several tools we use to help companies steer a straight and steady course to value realization are IndustryPrint and Enterprise Value Map customized for Oracle products, including PeopleSoft Enterprise and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and both the Total Campus™ and Total Municipal™ methodologies.
IndustryPrint has been mapped to the Oracle product family and provides detailed process maps and leading practices for individual industries, helping companies to document and redesign their business processes without having to start from scratch.
Enterprise Value Maps™
We understand from the bottom up how every one of the Oracle modules may be able to help drive value for an organization using a tool we have created called the Enterprise Value Map. It helps our clients define how value is created within their company and determine what they can do, at a strategic and tactical level, to get more out of it.
Total Municipal™
Implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is about as tough as it gets, particularly in a time where municipalities must deliver improvements under unprecedented levels of accountability and scrutiny. Deloitte has developed methodologies to help municipalities get their ERP systems up and running. We understand that success requires broad capabilities, deep experience, unwavering integrity and an uncommon spirit of collaboration.
Total Campus™
Many schools are turning to ERP for a comprehensive and fully integrated technology application that helps a school improve its operations. Deloitte has developed methodologies to tackle these business issues and implement ERP solutions that can literally transform the way a school operates. But it takes experience from working with numerous colleges and universities to do the job well.
