Pierre Devost, P.Eng., MBA, CMC Pierre Devost is a senior manager in the Human capital practice at the Montreal office. He has more than 25 years of consulting and management experience, as well as three years of engineering experience working on Phase 1 of the James Bay La Grande hydroelectric project. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering from Laval University. Mr. Devost is recognized for his knowledge in the areas of talent management, operational and organizational reviews, business process optimization, HR transformation, management (procurement, vehicle fleet and project), shared services, public/private partnerships, especially in connection with continuous improvement processes and change management. Mr. Devost’s wide-ranging experience includes identifying labour pools, developing talent management strategies for critical labour segments, optimizing organizational effectiveness and talent management, reviewing and optimizing HR processes in a variety of organizations and facilitating leadership training sessions for managers. |
