Tan Ong, CPA, CA Mr. Ong is a tax partner in the Montreal Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) group with almost 19 years of experience in corporate tax matters. He advises Canadian multinationals on corporate tax issues, M&A, financing structure and corporate reorganization and restructuring. He also acts as Canadian tax adviser to a number of foreign multinationals. As tax leader at Deloitte Canada, Mr. Ong manages the Montreal office for Strategic tax review services. Recently appointed as leader of Deloitte Canada’s Chinese services group, Mr. Ong is in charge of investments from China.
