During a career that spans over 25 years, Mr. Landry has assisted many clients and aboriginal communities implement best practices in their management processes and developed wealth growth and financing projects. He helps clients in all sectors negotiate the complexities of different financing modes to set up optimized financing plans.

By performing organizational analysis and implementing turnaround plans, Mr. Landry helps underperforming companies identify and develop solutions to management and financial problems.
And as a consultant to first nations, Mr. Landry has, developed business plans and turnaround plans for aboriginal communities, as well as providing land-claim, comprehensive claim and treaty  negotiation support.
