Suzanne Morin, FCA, MBA, CHRP Suzanne Morin is the partner in charge of Deloitte’s Human Capital practice for eastern Canada. She is recognized for helping our clients achieve outstanding performance by providing people and HR officials with functional ideas, services and solutions that can be integrated into commercial operations and enhance performance. Ms. Morin created Deloitte Canada’s Environment, health and safety practice, an area of expertise in which she has worked for seven years. She is also a member of Deloitte Canada’s management team for the Consumer business and Manufacturing sectors. Ms. Morin has extensive experience in human resources, governance, project management and financial consulting best practices for the manufacturing, distribution, retail and transportation sectors. Over the past 18 years, she has carried out more than 100 projects that have helped to transform and improve Canadian corporate human resources functions as well as other operations. Ms. Morin has worked on organizational transformation and technological implementation projects for a variety of organizations. She has implemented diversity management strategies in the public sector, established a training and technical development centre and selected alternative learning strategies for a manufacturing company. Known for her pragmatic, hands-on approach to projects, she helped produce a study on strategic talent in the greater Montreal area. |
