While this is our first attempt to document our efforts in this area, the concept of corporate responsibility is not new to Deloitte. It is embedded in the shared values we have long embraced. Stepping Up reviews our performance against criteria established by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), an organization that develops and disseminates globally applicable sustainability reporting guidelines for voluntary use.
