This is my first time logging in, and I’ve been unsuccessful. What should I do?
Verify that you are entering the correct Username and Password. Username and passwords are case sensitive, so it is best to copy them directly from the email you were sent.
What if I forgot my password?
On the Login page click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link, enter your email address and we'll send you a new password. Username remains the same.
How do I use the online directory?
Using the online directory is easy! Just click on the www.deloitte.ca or from within the directory. In both cases you will find the Careers link along the top menu.
Where do I find the publications listings? How do I subscribe?
The Publications link can be accessed from www.deloitte.ca or from within the directory. In both cases you will find the Publications link along the top menu. Follow the instructions on the Publications subscription page to subscribe to the electronic publication(s) you wish to receive.
