Duncan Sinclair, MA, CA, ICD.D Duncan has been with Deloitte for the last 24 years working on client and DTTL projects on five continents, including spending several years working in Havana, Cuba. Duncan has served as the lead client service professional and advisory partner on a number of Deloitte’s Audit and advisory clients, including large complex public companies, privately owned businesses and crown corporations and governments. Duncan has also spent the last four years serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Deloitte Canada, including chairing the succession planning committee and serving on other board committees including governance, quality and risk and finance. |
