Alain Côté, FCPA, FCA, ICD.D Alain Côté has over 30 years of experience providing Audit and advisory services to companies of all sizes, particularly financial institutions in Canada, Europe and the United States. As a partner with the firm for over 20 years, Alain has assumed a number of key roles and responsibilities at Deloitte, including that of Managing Partner of the Montreal office for the past five years. He also spent four years assisting our office in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as an auditor and consultant for international financial institutions. His expertise includes audit services, public and private financing in Canada, the United States and Europe, corporate restructuring, due diligence and reviews of internal control and risk management systems. |
