Carol Paradine, CA CPA (Illinois) With Deloitte for 25 years and a partner for 16, Carol provides Assurance and related services to clients in a variety of sectors. Her areas of specialization include initial public offerings, US listing and other securities matters, having been involved in a number of debt and equity placements on Canadian, US and international stock exchanges. Carol has been highly active in the community during her career, including Board positions as the Chair of the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce, the Alzheimer’s Society of Manitoba, National Capital Region YMCA-YWCA, Carleton University advisory Board to the Faculty of Business, the United Way and Deloitte Canada. |
