New INTRASTAT submission deadline

The Bulgarian Parliament has adopted a new INTRASTAT Act which enters into force as of 1 July 2012 and was published in issue 40 of the State Gazette. 

The new legislation extends deadline for submission of monthly INTRASTAT returns to the 14th day of the month following the reporting month.
