Approaching deadline for claiming withholding tax relief |
On 31 December 2011 expires the opportunity for EU companies to obtain relief from Bulgarian withholding tax in respect of 2010.
These companies can achieve material tax savings by opting for an alternative taxation scheme allowing the recognition of expenses against the income subject to withholding tax.
