Increase of excise duties on alcohol and tobacco as of 1 January 2013

At the end of November 2012, the Council of Ministers approved the pre-draft program law containing the measures in executing the federal budget plan for 2013. This program law will be finalised and released before year’s end. It contains (among others) a series of indirect tax measures aimed at providing additional revenues to the State in view of the somber economic outlook.

With this Customs Flash, we would like to inform you of several increases.
