Paul is a director with Deloitte’s Supply Chain practice and is leading the Sourcing & Procurement and Enterprise Cost Reduction service offerings at Deloitte Consulting Belgium. Paul has more than 10 years of consulting experience across many industries, and assisted clients in realizing large scale Business Transformations and achieving Operational Excellence. From an SCM perspective, Paul has focused on the areas of supply chain strategy, tax-aligned supply chain, direct and indirect procurement, supply chain operations improvement and implementation, manufacturing execution, quality control and quality assurance. Paul holds a masters degree in civil engineering and completed a postgraduate in Business Management, both obtained at the Catholic University of Leuven.
