In different domains, the operations were assessed, optimised and adjusted. At present, our client is able to deliver an even better service to its clients at a lower cost.
Transport Services industry
To reduce the cost of its transport services, our client implemented new carrier management software. Deloitte was asked to assist in the selection and implementation of the new system. Upon implementation, our client benefited from improved operational efficiency and higher data accuracy. Furthermore, the implemented system provided a platform for further growth.
