Regulatory compliance
Our Regulatory Compliance Services consist of identifying, assessing and upgrading existing financial, operational and compliance processes and controls to ensure full compliance with all current regulation. Assessment and design of effective governance structures in a multinational setting.
Risk governance
Any company must take on the rewarded risk, while avoiding the unrewarded risk, in a way that is aligned with its business objectives. By doing so, it needs to operate within the level playing field created by a multitude of regulations. Embedding a culture within a company where risk is measured, assessed and managed within a framework compliant with all current regulations, is therefore crucial. We can help establish such a culture, by putting in place the enablers, such as clearly defined strategic objectives and well-defined decision and reporting mechanisms, and making people use them effectively.
Risk measurements
Our services in the area of risk measurements range from the valuation of a complex derivative on a standalone basis, over hedge accounting advice or insurance ALM modelling, to a full Economic Capital process design and implementation.
Tools & technology
Being an independent risk consultant we are well positioned to assist you with the selection and implementation of any value and risk management tool, combining a solid understanding of the methodology, with an appropriate data sourcing process for both contract and market data.
