- Project management, coordinating all transaction work streams (financial, operational, commercial, legal , IT, HR,…)
- Assess the readiness of the business for separation (“carve out”) and divestment, including costs, risks and timeline
- Undertake an initial diagnostic to understand major areas where separation activities are required and respective options analysed
