One of the services we offer in the ideation phase of the innovation value chain is the organisation of Innovation Café’s and the concept of an ‘Innovation Week’. This is an ideation project format that can really help you engage your personnel to generate innovative ideas for solving selected strategic challenges.
Innovation Week is a 5-step process, starting with defining the scope and objectives of the project and selecting the strategic challenges to be addressed. During the innovation week itself, we use a variety of platforms to organise and co-facilitate a number of ideation sessions around these challenges. The Innovation Week mobilizes participants, creates real momentum and take the first steps towards embedding an innovation culture in your company’s DNA. The output is a structured and prioritised set of ideas to help your organisation tackle its strategic challenges.
