Introduction
Fast Track at Deloitte
What does this all mean? A Fast Track is a 3 day off-site where selected individuals and team members of their choosing get the chance to develop their idea into a strong business plan with the assistance of key business and academic professionals.
What is expected from the participants? In the coming 3 days teams will be challenged to bring their idea to a higher level of commerce. To get there focus needs to be placed on the market! What do our clients really need and how can we fulfill their needs? How can we help them navigate through tough times? An open mind to feedback and improvements is very important. Those teams that are able to learn continuously will be the most successful innovators.
In order to assist in these efforts we have developed an ambitious program in collaboration with professors from Vlerick. In this program the teams will be challenged on their business model, entrepreneurial quality and market insights by Prof. Dr. Walter Van Dyck en Prof. Dr. Kris Vander Velpen. At the end of these three days everything will come together when the teams get the opportunity to pitch their go-to-market plan to the innovation board representatives.
