Welcome to the Fast Track pages of the Deloitte Innovation campaign. Since the Deloitte leadership strongly believes in innovation we have invited, a select group of innovators, to experience this Fast Track with us at the Carbon hotel in Genk.

What does this all mean? A Fast Track is a 3 day off-site where innovators and entrepreneurs get the chance to develop their ideas into a strong business plan with the assistance of key business and academic professionals.

  • Second wave - Day 2 - Value capture
    Theory today was limited to value capturing, namely retaining value a company has created in a prior step for its customers. The focus should be on the design of the business model in order to have a clear view on where they compete in the value chain.

    Our second edition of the innovation Fast Track shows a lot of promise;  highly driven participants and potentially some real breakthrough ideas.

    Value delivery is crucial for innovation because without successful implementation all you are left with is good idea, nothing more.

    Today is different because after the theory on ’how to capture value’ in the morning most of the day was reserved for working in breakouts to fine-tune the service offerings.
  • First wave - Day 1 - Innovation happens in Limburg…
    Today our Deloitte Innovation teams have landed in the Beautiful Carbon Hotel in Genk. Fast tracking in Limburg may sound ironic, but then again if 20% of our Deloitte Technology Fast50 nominees are from this area there must be something in the air.
