Corporate Reorganisation Services

Real solutions for real issues

Until recent years business owners assessed the performance of their enterprises (usually monthly) by checking if the objectives of their strategic plan were being met and the targets in their budget exceeded. For years, owners have searched in vain to drive strategy down and across their organisations, they have struggled to transform strategies into practicable metrics and they have grappled with meaningful analysis to expose the cause-and-effect relationships that, if understood, could give profitable insight to their operational decision makers.

Corporate Reorganisation Services offers independent, multidisciplinary advice and assistance to stakeholders of businesses that are underperforming and/or financially distressed in order to maximise value or recovery.

Within the scope of reorganisation services we work with management, board of directors, shareholders, investors, lawyers, and other advisors to coordinate a viable business plan, a sound financing structure, and the consensual resolution of both economic and legal interests. We assist negotiations by analysing a company's financial picture in terms of asset values and cash flows. Our intervention aims at finding a solution and rebuilding the confidence of all stakeholders.
