As announced in our previous VAT alert of 14 December 2012, the VAT deduction restriction for the private use of company cars and other business assets will enter into force in 2013 with a transitional regime for 2012. The Belgian VAT authorities have published this regulation (Decision nr. E.T. 119.650/3 of 11 December 2012, published 18 December 2012).
