Corrigendum of Regulation 771/2012 concerning bioethanol from the United States being subject to registration

Last September, Deloitte informed you through a Customs Flash that the European Commission had published Regulation 771/2012 regarding bioethanol. With this Regulation, the European Commission informed that bioethanol originating from the United States is subject to registration by the Customs Authorities. However, with a corrigendum of 18 October 2012 to the Regulation 771/2012, the European Commission adjusted the Taric codes subject to this registration. One Taric code has been removed and two other new Taric codes have been added to the first paragraph of Article 1(1) in this Regulation.
