Land portfolio management and disposal – 2007(FIF/FSI)

The FIF/FSI is a State owned company directly depending from the Federal Government. It currently owns 28 land sites located throughout the country, adjacent to railroad stations and network but not needed for railroad activities. Deloitte Real Estate has been appointed by the FIF/FSI Board of Directors to assist in managing this 2,000,000 m² portfolio on a daily basis, with the eye on a successful sale process.
The call for candidates in respect of the 40 ha Schaerbeek-Formation/Vorming redevelopment which was recently commented on by the press is part of this engagement.
