Deloitte Real Estate Corporate Finance is pleased to announce that Ms. Isabelle Vanderkelen will join its Brussels team in the capacity of Senior Manager as from January 2012.
Isabelle was previously Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets department and prior to that, was Partner of the Codemer Corporate Services Department after having started her career at Coopers & Lybrand. She holds a Master in Law from the University of Brussels (ULB).
With 14 years of experience in the real estate industry Isabelle has been advising important and complex investment transactions such as the sale of Kievitplein, the Unilever sale & lease back and the acquisition of Mobistar headquarters. She also developed a large and sound network amongst national and international corporations, property investors and developers.
To support the current growth of Deloitte Real Estate in Belgium, Isabelle will develop our property investment practice and focus on the comprehensive investment transaction and advisory service to the property sector delivering added independent services to our clients.
