Brussels, 15 June 2010 – The Deloitte Real Estate team today announced the appointment of Gregory Van der Elst as Senior Manager. His appointment follows a period of solid growth for the Real Estate team and confirms its agility in responding to market needs. The Deloitte Real Estate team is an integrated team of experts fully dedicated to providing real estate solutions for its clients. They provide expert advice in financial reporting, insurance, management consulting, business matters, corporate finance, and tax and legal services. Gregory Van der Elst Joins Deloitte Real Estate as Senior Manager
Deloitte Real Estate has the largest integrated multi-disciplinary team of professionals in the country, and is always searching for new talent to join their team. Mr. Frédéric Sohet, previously CEO of the Sicafi Montea, joined as a Partner in February. Deloitte is pleased to announce that Gregory Van der Elst has joined Deloitte Real Estate’s Transaction Advisory and Corporate Finance service line in the capacity of Senior Manager as from 01 June 2010.
Gregory has gained extensive experience in management, finance and real estate; first with Cap Gemini, then as a property investment surveyor and recently as an infrastructure and real estate manager at KPMG. He has a Master’s Degree in business management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (Brussels University), as well as its post-graduate real estate degree.
