Deloitte Real Estate Corporate Finance has been appointed by the Belgian State as real estate appraiser and advisor in relation to a large portfolio of buildings that are listed for disposal by the State on the professional real estate market.
Our engagement encompasses the following:
  • Review and valuation of each individual property
  • Review and valuation of the portfolio as a whole
  • Advisory assistance in respect of the sale strategy and planning. 

This engagement is currently ongoing.
