Course Description
This instructor-led training package provides a thorough understanding of the purpose of multidimensional models and teaches the participants how to construct correct models.
Multidimensional Modeling is a technique greatly appreciated in translating Performance Management information requirements into comprehensible information models suitable for different purposes.
Multidimensional models bring structure into the information requirements analysis process. They are used as a communication medium between business, end users, ICT and implementers. They are the basis for preparing an implementation of a Performance Management solution, regardless if information will be disclosed through scorecarding, dashboards, standard and ad-hoc reports, or OLAP cubes.
