The Federal Government is currently finalising a new “program law” which further implements a number of tax measures put forward by the budget 2012 agreement. It provides, among others, a reinforcement of the thin capitalisation rule and of the anti-abuse provision in the Income Tax Code.

This bill also modifies the method for calculating the fringe benefit resulting from private use of a company car.
