Welcome to Deloitte Belgium’s second annual activity report. A year ago we were pioneers by being the first in our sector to publish such a document in this country. If anything, our desire to reach out and be transparent about our organisation is even stronger this year.
How do we meet this challenge? This activity report is one way. It allows us to invite you into Deloitte to find out who we are and what we stand for. We work to make a difference in our clients’ businesses. We recognise the value of our employees and provide them with the means to make a difference in their careers. And we extend our sense of responsibility outwards in activities that make a difference to people in our community and beyond.
These are ambitious goals. And to achieve them requires one thing above all. Exceptional people who can take a great idea and, working together, realise its potential. It is this challenge that motivates us as we begin another exciting year.
