Tom Declercq, diversity ambassador for the Belgian business world |
At the end 2012 Tom Declercq, Managing Partner Talent, won the 2012 AXA Wo_Men@work Award, organised by AXA Belgium in collaboration with JUMP, an organisation for the advancement of women in the workplace.
This annual award honours a C-level manager (CEO, COO, CFO, CIO or member of the Executive Board) of a company or other organisation established in Belgium, who pro-actively promotes gender balance and is personally committed to guaranteeing an equal representation of men and women in the company’s management and top management.
For 2013 Tom is the diversity ambassador for the Belgian business world.
